He thrives in hustling for his place in music. He hungers for greatness. With great morals, book smarts, a life of street smarts and a mind for business Face.Dot is a well rounded individual. Having a passion for music at a very young age, Face.Dot began keeping notebooks of his rhymes. “I was spitten ever since I was a fetus in my mother’s womb,” states Face.Dot. After developing his craft him and some friends decided to create a company that would bring artist and fans together, hence Da Fleet was created.
Da Fleet was named after a fleet of airplanes in the sky, the way they move together as a unit. The bond they created allowed them to trust the partnerships they formed. Each member took their individual talents and combined it with their business tactics and created the group, the brotherhood, Da Fleet.
Face.Dot brings a mesmerizing flow and killer lyrics which shows his over standing of music. He has an eclectic vocabulary and a mind like no other. The usage of his extensive vocabulary surpasses that of an average rapper. The way he combines words together to give his audience the visual that’s within his brain is mind boggling. “They say the best rapper’s career ended at the age of 24. So I went to see the movie Notorious B.I.G on my 24th birthday. (Where greatness ends, greatness begins).”
Still very young in age, wise, and a quick learner Face.Dot decided to branch out with his multiple talents. Being business savvy Face.Dot ventured into a variety of artistry. He is not just a rapper; he is also a model, an actor, and an A&R. He is currently working as A&R Manager for Drahma magazine, and also does A&R work with others such as: Protégé magazine, Cipher 24, J Hatch, just to name a few. He has performed in many venues in the City of New York and is currently extending his performances to New Jersey and Connecticut.
